These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and services provided by TravelPrime Group.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied at the time of the request and remain subject to availability and supplier confirmation until booking.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed once the agreed payment terms are met. Supplier terms — including airline, hotel and transport conditions — apply to the relevant services.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are handled according to the conditions of the relevant supplier, plus any service fee agreed in advance.
Travel documentation
Clients remain responsible for holding valid passports, visas and health documentation. We assist with guidance and applications where requested.
Liability
TravelPrime Group acts as a coordinating agent for third-party suppliers and is not liable for events outside its reasonable control.
